In 2015 he joined Hamlin’s Addis Ababa Fistula Hospital as an expert Obstetrician-Gynaecologist and Fistula Surgeon.

Dr Yeshineh recalls what interested him in Hamlin “I saw it as being a place to serve the most needy and neglected women inside very well-organized facilities.  I was convinced that Hamlin was an institution that I can get both professional and moral satisfaction. I was right. Every day here we improve women’s lives”.

Dr Yeshineh’swas lucky to work with Dr Catherine Hamlin before she retired, “working with her is a blessing.  She made me to look beyond surgical techniques and taught me the outstanding model she created on how to provide holistic and patient centred care for these poor women.”
